Thomas J. Gangemi, PT, DPT, CLT,MBA, Founder and President

Tom Gangemi graduated from Ithaca College in 1977 with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy. Shortly after graduating, Tom co-founded Atlantic Rehab in New Jersey, which became the premier multispecialty outpatient therapy practice in the state. Over the years, he has always included house calls as an option to his patients. Now, he is focusing exclusively on seeing patients in their homes. Like many other providers and health policy leaders, Tom understands that patients often prefer to be seen at home. People progress better and faster when care is provided intensively by one clinician. House calls delivers personalized intensive treatment in a timely and cost effective manner.

Over the years, Tom has become skilled in treating people with many neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. He earned a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Harford. He currently is a clinical instructor for LSVT BIG, an evidence based exercise protocol for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease. He is also a certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Tom is an avid gardener and mountain biker. He and his wife, Deb, enjoy hiking, sailing and spending time with their two sons and two dogs.
